How to Make a Return
1. Through your customer account:

Log in to your account on our website.

Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return.

Click Request Return and follow the steps provided.

We’ll review your request and send you return instructions and the return address.
2. By email:

Email us at info@viaconcept.store with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Once you receive return instructions, pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
As noted above, shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to help – just email us at info@viaconcept.store with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
We’ll check availability and arrange the exchange with you directly.
Faulty or Damaged Items (Claims)
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@viaconcept.store.
In your email, include:

Clear photos of the item and the defect
We’ll assess your claim and get back to you with the next steps, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.
